Marketing Mix Modelling

Marketing Mix Modelling to Optimize Media Spend

Measure the true ROI of every channel and reallocate budget with confidence, without relying on cookies.

What We Offer

Privacy-Durable Measurement for Every Channel

Marketing mix modelling uses statistical analysis of your historical marketing activity and outside factors, like seasonality and promotions, to quantify how much each channel actually contributes to revenue, with no user-level tracking required.

Stop splitting credit with last-click guesswork. We build a model that separates real incremental impact from noise, so you can see which media is driving growth and which is simply along for the ride.

Then we turn the model into decisions: clear budget-allocation scenarios that show where your next dollar earns the most, and what happens to revenue when you shift spend between channels.

Turn Media Spend Into a Measured Investment

Replace gut-feel budgeting and fragile last-click reports with a durable, statistically sound view of what drives your revenue, built on the data you already own and without expensive black-box platforms.

Channel Contribution and Incrementality

We quantify the incremental revenue each channel, campaign and tactic actually generates, so you stop over-crediting the channels that simply capture demand others created.

Budget Optimization and Scenario Planning

Using the response curves from your model, we simulate budget scenarios and recommend the allocation that maximizes return, including the point where each channel starts to saturate.

Plan My Budget

Privacy-First, Cookieless Measurement

Because MMM works on aggregate data, it keeps measuring accurately as cookies, tracking prevention and consent limits erode user-level attribution, future-proofing how you prove ROI.

Future-Proof My Measurement

Built on the Data You Already Have

We combine your marketing, sales and analytics data into a single modelling dataset, then validate the results against real-world holdout and geo tests.

Your Analytics and Ad Platforms as Inputs

We pull spend, impressions and conversions from GA4, Amplitude and your ad platforms, from Google and Meta to the rest, and align them with revenue so the model reflects your real marketing mix.

Statistical Rigour and Validation

We fit regression and Bayesian models with proper controls for seasonality and diminishing returns, then pressure-test them against holdouts and geo experiments so the numbers hold up to scrutiny.

Frequently Asked Questions

Marketing mix modelling, or MMM, is a statistical method that measures how your marketing channels and external factors drive sales. It uses aggregate historical data instead of individual user tracking to estimate the true contribution and ROI of each channel.

Multi-touch attribution follows individual user journeys and depends on cookies and tracking. MMM works top-down on aggregate data, so it captures offline and upper-funnel media, survives privacy changes, and measures true incrementality rather than last-click credit.

Ideally two to three years of weekly marketing and sales data so the model can learn seasonality, but we can build a useful first model with about one year of history and refine it as more data accumulates.

We typically refresh the model quarterly and after any major shift in spend or strategy, so your budget recommendations stay aligned with current market conditions and your latest results.
